We are super excited to launch Allies for Gender Equity in Aotearoa Sport! This is an opportunity to create an Ally programme and opportunity that provides education and opportunity for all to contribute, empower and support women in sport in Aotearoa.
We want to support people to understand the privilege they have and then how they can use this to work together with females to change the dial on gender equity. The focus is on men advocating for gender equity in sport. Enhance the culture of inclusion by engaging with females and providing support in their daily lived experiences.
